Pension
Our guesthouse is located on the romantic waterside of the river Chrudimka near the citycenter of Chrudim. It is fine for short or long term stays for employees, for company-events, for trainings, lecture or sport events.
Renovation of the former residential house within the historic center of Chrudim was finished in 2008. From the guesthouse you walk to the historic main square unhurried five minutes, passing sites like the Church „Nanebevzetí panny Marie“. Also within five minutes you reach the modern, for sport events qualified fitness center. Train- and bus-station are within ten minutes, also other infrastructure like post office, banks, offices and malls.
Leaving the guesthouse by bike on comfortable bikepaths you quickly reach „Železné hory“ in district Podhůra and Slatiňany, which are very famous by bikers, joggers and tourists: there you find romantic routes through the nature, where you can enjoy undisturbed hours - biking or walking along marked pathes to e.g. the Tyrolhouse, around fish lakes „Kochánovické rybníky“ and finishing at the trip-restaurant „Monako“. Interested travelers gather information about land and nature from information-signs, which were mounted short ago. Runners for indurance are surprised of the hughe offerings of tracks around the restaurant Monako and the „Katzenburg“ (cat castle), which is also a favored familiy trip destination - be sure to find a new track every time! In one part of the wonderful country you reach the village of Slatiňany going along the riverside of Chrudimka: a small, romantic place, world famous for its horse breeding „Převalského“: Visit the palace Slatiňany and take a look at the extraordinary hypologic museum - or just relax watching the breed horses running within the English-style built palace park.
EQUIPMENT
Our guesthouse has 3 apartments and 5 rooms, full capacity of 16 beds as well as 10 additional beds on demand. The rooms are designed for 2 to 4 guest, all of them with TV, satellite systems, Internetconnection as well as shower and lavatory. Two of the rooms also have kitchen, we appriciate „president lounge No. 5“ with terrace and view on the river Chrudimka. Our standalone apartments are very comfortable and are designed for short stays as well as for longer plans e.g. while working in the vicinity. Living space is divided into two floors: on the ground floor our guests find kitchen, dining room, shower and lavatory, on the first floor the bedroom; all apartments are equipped with TV, satellite systems and Internetconnection.
Of course all our rooms and apartments are provided with air condition and are not for smoking.
The guesthouse contains a cafe, where our guests enjoy their breakfast. Further our cafe is equipped with monitors with central connection to satellite systems or DVD, e.g. for sport broadcasts or training lessions. For special trainings our customers prefer our Saloon with about 20 seats.
In summer our garden on the riverside of Chrudimka also allows cafe-service with special areas for restless children.

Our accommodation rates include breakfast, on demand we also can provide special agreements for groups up to full board. PARKING
A metal fence guards our guests´ parking area as well as an automatic door; roomguests are handed over a remote control for 24-hour-access.
